Brighthouse was awful, but after becoming Spectrum, it’s even more atrocious. You CANNOT schedule recordings from it, you cannot view what’s on your DVR. App works maybe 5% if the time, but that is ONLY to watch TV. Don’t use the excuse of “it’s free”, for it being garbage. Every other company has an app and On Demand service. I’m sorry, but yes, we are paying for them, w the outrageously inflated prices. As far as the app and on demand go, their response is always “these are free perks, they’re not part of the plan you’re paying for”. Truly the worst company I’ve had the displeasure of having in my life and then they charge $200/mo just for cable and internet (with 1 dvr box). The technicians are destructive and sloppy. Their remotes, their cable boxes, their DVR boxes, the internet, the app. It’s hard to believe it’s 2018, with a company that’s still in 2001.
